The East Bay Coast Guard Spouses Club is pleased to encourage anyone eligible to apply for a $2,000 scholarship, sponsored in partnership with First Command Educational Foundation.
The applicant must be a military dependent (active duty, reserve, or retired).
Packages should be submitted in PDF form to eastbayspouses@gmail.com or a printed copy sent via standard mail to: East Bay Coast Guard Spouses Club, P.O. Box 5022, Alameda, CA 94501-8522.
To be eligible, all packages must be received by:
Midnight, May 1, 2026.
